Procedure

Evaluate both sides of the problem: cells should no longer separate mainly by technical batch, while cell identities and meaningful variation remain distinguishable. scIB provides metrics for these two objectives. Open Problems publishes a concrete batch-integration task; that task and the scIB software are resources, not interchangeable protocol identities.
