Choosing an evaluation

A large supported input window is a model capability, not by itself a test of distant regulation. Select a concrete regulatory endpoint and retain genomic coordinates, split membership and permitted context. BEND’s coordinate-based task format illustrates why those details matter. Compare configurations only when their prediction target and available information are explicit.
